Materials & care

Wipe the plastic body clean with a damp cloth. Clean the stainless steel probe by inserting it into hot water for at least 6 seconds. Do not submerge the main unit in water.

How to use

Unfold the probe to turn the thermometer on. Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding bone. Wait 3 seconds for the reading. Press the HOLD button to lock the temperature on the display. Fold the probe to turn off automatically.
